Returns policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, for all of our products. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thirdmarginco@gmail.com and we will arrange the shipping for a return of the product(s).

Please note that it is your responsibility as the customer to safely and securely return the parcel to us. Upon package arrival, we will need to ensure the product(s) have been handled correctly before we contact you via email to confirm that your return has been approved. You will have your refund returned to you via the original method of payment. Please allow time for the payment to process before expecting to see your refund returned to your account.
